测定血抗壤血酸总含量是研究抗壤血酸营养状况的必须手续。最近郭、陈报告应用滤纸層析方法分离测定動植物组织中抗壞血酸总含量,回收率在98%以上。郭、陈、關、苗最近指出使用二硝基苯肼比色方法测定青菜果品中的抗壞血酸总含量非常不相宜,特别是乾燥、储存或处理过的样品更不合宜;而欲得抗壞血酸的真正总合量,就必须使用層析方法,先分离然后测定。血中是否亦含有相当量的二酮古洛糖酸,因而(?)重的影响二硝基苯肼比色方法的结果,文献上尚未完全取得一致的结论。本文的目的在於利用層析方法以解决之。
