必须将党员队伍建设与企业员工队伍建设相结合。正确处理“工作日”与“组织生活日”的矛盾,认真组织全企业的日常学习,使党员在心灵上受到洗礼,思想上受到教育。必须将党建工作与中心业务建设相结合。
Party members must be combined with the building of a contingent of employees. Correctly deal with the contradiction between the “working day” and the “organizational life day” and conscientiously organize the day-to-day learning of the whole enterprise so that party members are mentally baptized and mentally educated. Party building must be combined with the construction of the center’s business.
