我国政府在风险资本投入中应发挥六个方面的作用 :( 1)在利用好本国资金的同时 ,制定优惠政策吸引外国风险资本 ;( 2 )为风险投资企业融资提供政府担保 ;( 3 )放松金融管制 ;( 4 )实行优惠的税收政策 ;( 5 )降低科技企业设立“门槛” ;( 6)加强对高技术产品的政府采购
The government of our country should play six roles in venture capital investment: (1) making good use of domestic capital, setting preferential policies to attract foreign venture capital; (2) providing government guarantee for venture capital enterprise financing; (3) relaxing (4) implement preferential tax policies; (5) reduce the threshold of establishing science and technology enterprises; (6) strengthen government procurement of high-tech products
