1996年是我国经济体制改革继续深化,经济发展迈向新时期的关键一年,是实施“九五”计划的第一年。质量工作开好头、起好步,对于顺利实施“九五”计划至关重要。为实现两个根本性的转变,为进一步贯彻落实建设部“质量兴业”的战略方针,中国建筑业协会工程建设质量管理分会特制订1996年工作计划如下。一、开展全国工程建设质量管理奖的评审工作根据中国质量管理协会第六届理事会的部署,继续在全国开展质量管理奖的评选活动。1996年,建设系统将正式开展全国工程建设质量管理奖的评审工作。1.制订“全国工程建设质量管理奖评审管理办法”和“全国工程建设质量管理奖评审实施细则”等系列文件,报建设部审批后施行;2.为全国工程建设质量管理奖企业和拟申报企业举办全国工程建设质量管理奖评审标准及有关文件的学习班;
The year 1996 is a crucial year for China’s economic system reforms to continue deepening and economic development towards a new period. It is the first year of implementation of the Ninth Five-Year Plan. It is crucial for the smooth implementation of the Ninth Five-Year Plan to begin with a good start in quality work. In order to achieve two fundamental transformations, and in order to further implement the strategic principle of “quality and development” of the Ministry of Construction, the Quality Management Sub-committee of the Construction Industry Association of China Construction Association specially formulated the work plan for the year 1996 as follows. I. To carry out the assessment of the National Engineering Construction Quality Management Award According to the deployment of the sixth council of the China Quality Management Association, the quality management awards will continue to be held throughout the country. In 1996, the construction system will formally conduct the review of the National Engineering Construction Quality Management Award. 1. Formulate series of documents such as the “Accreditation Management Method for the National Engineering Construction Quality Management Award” and “Detailed Implementation Rules for the National Engineering Construction Quality Management Award” and report it to the Ministry of Construction for approval. 2.
