应用Polyflow软件对同向双螺杆挤出机标准型、偏心锥形和混合型3种螺杆头流道内物料的流动过程进行了三维非等温数值模拟,并引入流道出口截面平均温度和温度方差量化分析对比3种螺杆头的均温性能。通过FEM与正交试验设计相结合的方法,分析了不同几何参数对混合型螺杆头均温效果的影响,得出最优的混合型螺杆头几何参数因素水平组合。
