目的探讨人胎胰腺嗜铬素A免疫反应(Chromogranin A-immunoreactive,CgA-IR细胞)细胞的发生规律。方法用免疫组织化学及体视学方法对33例10~32周人胎胰腺CgA-IR细胞进行形态计量学研究。结果人胎胰腺CgA-IR细胞广泛分布于胰岛、腺泡及导管上皮细胞间。其体积密度和数密度随胎龄增大而逐渐增多,大小在胚胎早期随胎龄增大而增大,24周后趋于稳定。胰头CgA-IR细胞的分布密度比胰尾的低,其体积密度和数密度比胰尾的要小。结论人胎胰腺CgA-IR细胞的数量和形状随胎龄而变化,因部位而不同。
Objective To investigate the occurrence of Chromogranin A-immunoreactive (CgA-IR) cells in human fetal pancreas. Methods 33 cases of human fetal pancreas CgA-IR cells from 10 to 32 weeks were studied by immunohistochemistry and stereology. Results Human fetal pancreas CgA-IR cells were widely distributed in islets, acinar and ductal epithelial cells. The bulk density and number density gradually increased with gestational age, the size of the early embryo increases with gestational age increases, after 24 weeks tends to be stable. The distribution density of pancreatic CgA-IR cells is lower than that of pancreatic tail, and its bulk density and number density are smaller than that of pancreatic tail. Conclusions The number and shape of CgA-IR cells in human fetal pancreas vary with gestational age and vary with each site.
