本文首先对决策系统进行了研究,然后在分析一般决策模型的基础上,介绍了概念性决策模型,最后结合实例说明概念性决策模型解决实际管理问题的应用。
This paper first studies the decision-making system, then introduces the conceptual decision-making model based on the analysis of the general decision-making model, and finally illustrates the application of the conceptual decision-making model to solve the practical management problems.
