冷轧钢板的轧辊，其上的表面纹络一般是通过喷射弹丸而制成，纹络形成单一，质量难以控制。为了获得质量可控、纹络形式多样化的轧辊表面，本文介绍一种三维数控电火花钢轧辊表面纹络试验设备和作的初步实验工作。
