通过26年来的不断努力和实践,目前《岩石力学与工程学报》已逐渐形成一套较为健全的保证期刊质量的运行模式。在学术质量、人才队伍建设、网络建设和编辑部管理等诸方面得到加强和改善,而且运行稳定、发展态势良好,各项指标稳中有升。为加强《学报》的学术和编辑质量,近年来从选题策划、栏目设置、审稿专家队伍建设、打造高素质编辑人才、英文质量把关等多方面形成一套切实可行的办法,开始步入良性循环的发展轨道,并初步形成精品期刊创办的一些思路,进而向创办精品期刊的目标迈进。
Through 26 years of continuous efforts and practice, the current “Journal of Rock Mechanics and Engineering” has gradually formed a sound set of journals to ensure the quality of the operating mode. The academic quality, personnel building, network construction and editorial department management and other aspects have been strengthened and improved, and stable operation, the development trend is good, the indicators have been steadily rising. In order to strengthen the academic and editorial quality of Journals, in recent years, a set of practical measures has been taken to form a set of feasible measures for the selection of topics, the setting of columns, the construction of reviewers’ teams, the construction of high-quality editorial staff, and the quality control of English.
