加快以民富优先为导向的收入分配改革,把巨大的消费潜力转变为现实消费需求,实现消费主导,已成中国经济社会转型的重大课题。中国(海南)改革发展研究院于2011年12月10～11日在海口主办的“第73次中国改革国际论坛”上,深入讨论了“消费主导、民富优先——破题中国收入分配改革”问题。本刊编发的是与会部分专家学者的发言摘要。
Speeding up the reform of income distribution based on the priority of the people in the Fundamentals has transformed the huge consumption potential into real consumer demand and dominance of consumption. This has become a major issue for China’s economic and social transformation.
