本文报道了布氏菌S_2苗经口免疫,除局部免疫外,全身亦得到了免疫改造,为进一步证实胞外寄生菌经口免疫可产生全身免疫的机制提供了佐证。
In this paper, oral immunization of Brucella S_2 vaccine was reported. In addition to local immunization, the whole body was also immunomodulated, which provided evidence for further confirmation of the mechanism of systemic immunity induced by oral immunity of extracellular parasites.
