线控技术的核心是以电子信号为载体,利用电线作为传递指令的渠道,将人的意图传递到执行机构,从而避免结构繁杂的机械传动。线控技术的目标就是用电线取代传统的机械传递,从而达到减重、提升效率以及实现更多智能控制功能等多重目的。英菲尼迪Q50车型使用的这套Direct Adaptive Steering线控转向系统的构成与传统转向系统结构类似,也是由转向盘、转向柱、转向机组成。不同之处在于它多了3组ECU电子控制单元、转向盘后的转向动作回馈器和转向离合器。

The difference is that it has three more ECU electronic control units, steering wheel steering back to the steering wheel and steering clutch.
