对H260YD+Z热镀锌钢板进行电阻点焊工艺试验,建立了该钢的电阻点焊工艺窗口,并测试了其电阻点焊接头的力学性能。结果显示:H260YD+Z钢板具有良好的焊接性能。H260YD+Z钢板的点焊电流范围为1.5~2 k A,具有较宽的工艺窗口。点焊接头的平均剪切拉伸破坏力为9671 N,十字拉伸破坏力为7228 N;点焊接头的显微硬度明显高于母材,没有发现脆化点。电极寿命测试结果显示,进行500个焊点的焊接后,焊核直径仍大于5.0 mm,电极头寿命满足汽车厂标准SMTC 5 111 003-2014(V1)要求。
The resistance spot welding process of H260YD + Z galvanized steel was carried out. The resistance spot welding process window of the steel was established and the mechanical properties of the resistance spot welded joint were tested. The results show that: H260YD + Z steel has good welding performance. H260YD + Z spot welding current range of 1.5 ~ 2 k A, with a wide process window. The average tensile strength of the spot welded joints was 9671 N, and the destructive power of the cross-tensile test was 7228 N. The microhardness of the spot welded joint was obviously higher than that of the base metal, and no embrittlement point was found. The electrode life test results show that after 500 welding spot welding, the weld core diameter is still greater than 5.0 mm, the life of the electrode tip to meet the requirements of the automobile factory standard SMTC 5 111 003-2014 (V1).
