[目的]为加强免疫规划专业人员队伍建设,为扩大免疫规划提供保障,对青海省2007年各级免疫规划的管理和免疫专业技术人员现状进行了调查和分析。[方法]对2007年省、州(地、市)县、乡、村级4513名免疫规划专业人员,采用统一表格,由经过培训的专业人员进行调查和分析。[结果]全省免疫规划服务人员中,50岁以上人员占22.60%,大专以上学历分别占本级人员的93.33%、31.42%、27.80%、12.47%和14.08%。省级免疫规划专业人员中以中高级职称为主,占46.67%,州(地、市)、县、乡、村级中高级人员分别占48.57%、48.78%、9.95%、6.74%。[结论]各级学历分布不均衡,低学历、低职称人员所占比例较大;省级以高学历、高职称人才为主,县级以下主要为低学历、低职称较多,学历、职称及人员的老化不适应免疫规划的进程和当前扩大国家免疫规划的发展和需求。
[Objective] In order to strengthen the construction of contingent of immunization program professionals and provide security for the expansion of immunization programs, the status of immunization programs and management of immunization programs at all levels of Qinghai Province in 2007 was investigated and analyzed. [Methods] A total of 4513 immunization planning professionals at the county (prefectural, county), township and village levels in 2007 were surveyed and analyzed by a trained professional using a unified form. [Results] The number of immunization planning service personnel in the province accounted for 22.60% of those over 50 years of age, and the diploma of tertiary education accounted for 93.33%, 31.42%, 27.80%, 12.47% and 14.08% of the current level respectively. Among the provincial immunization program professionals, middle and senior professional titles are the majority, accounting for 46.67%, accounting for 48.57%, 48.78%, 9.95% and 6.74% of the senior staff at the state (prefecture, city), county, township and village levels respectively. [Conclusion] The distribution of academic qualifications is not balanced at all levels, and the proportion of staff with low education level and low professional title is relatively large. The provincial level is mainly characterized by highly educated and high-vocational titles, with low education below the county level, And the aging of personnel do not adapt to the progress of immunization programs and the current expansion of the development and needs of national immunization programs.
