利用RF-5000型荧光分光光度计,分别对消化道癌70例,(胃癌30例,大肠癌32例,食道癌8例),及非癌对照88例,以三种不同波长200nm、250nm、290nm的紫光激发,检测其血清自体荧光光谱,分别测量波峰的位置、形态、荧光强度。应用多元Logistic回归,选用三种不同激发状态下的五个荧光变量进行判别分析,其区别消化道癌与非癌达敏感度90%,特异度92.1%,准确度91.1%。表明血清自体荧光光谱检测对消化道癌的诊断有重要价值。
Using the RF-5000 fluorescence spectrophotometer, there were 70 cases of gastrointestinal cancer (30 cases of gastric cancer, 32 cases of colorectal cancer, 8 cases of esophageal cancer), and 88 cases of non-cancerous control, with three different wavelengths of 200nm and 250nm. The 290 nm violet excitation was used to measure the serum autofluorescence spectrum and the peak position, morphology and fluorescence intensity were measured. Using multivariate Logistic regression, discriminant analysis was performed using five fluorescence variables under three different excitation states. The sensitivity of distinguishing gastrointestinal cancer from non-cancerous cancer was 90%, specificity was 92.1%, and accuracy was 91.1%. It shows that serum autofluorescence spectroscopy has important value in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal cancer.
