以ANSYS软件提供的零阶方法为优化算法,用VB语言编制基于ANSYS的有限元和优化计算程序。采用四边形单元自动划分网格并利用ANSYS软件实现有限元前、后处理的可视化。通过优化实现合理匹配工作缸的主要几何参数,使工作缸满足强度要求的同时减轻重量;利用VB通过API函数将优化结果递交SolidWorks进行3D建模和生成工程图,并将该方法应用到系列下拉式快锻压机工作缸缸体的参数化设计中。
The zero-order method provided by ANSYS software is an optimization algorithm. The ANSYS-based finite element and optimization calculation program is compiled by VB language. The quadrilateral element is used to divide the grid automatically and the ANSYS software is used to visualize the finite element before and after processing. Through the optimization, the main geometric parameters of the cylinder are reasonably matched, so that the cylinder can meet the strength requirements and reduce the weight. The VB function is used to submit the optimization results to the SolidWorks through the API function for 3D modeling and engineering drawing, and the method is applied to the series pulldown Fast forging press cylinder block of the parametric design.
