近年来,煤矿企业认真贯彻落实“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理、整体推进”的方针,不断提高安全意识,本着“管理、装备、培训并重”的原则,加大了安全生产的投入,强化了安全管理和对职工安全教育培训力度,特别是强化了“一通三防”管理,杜绝了重大事故的发生,工伤事故率也大幅下降,但安全生产形势依然十分严峻,仍然存有许多不足和问题,影响并制约着安全生产。本人结合企业实际,认为以下几点仍需认真解决,采取积极的对策和措施,以实现安全生产。
