沥青混凝土的疲劳性能在道路长期安全舒适运营过程中起着至关重要的作用。选用控制应力加载模式的室内间接拉伸疲劳试验,对Superpave 13密级配沥青混合料在纤维掺量分别为0、0.15%、0.25%、0.35%时的疲劳性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:沥青混合料疲劳寿命随着纤维掺量的增加而增加,但掺量过多则会影响纤维分散均匀性,对应于最长疲劳寿命的最佳纤维掺量为0.28%;混合料的疲劳性能在掺加聚酯纤维后得到了很大改善,混合料可以承受更多的荷载作用次数;从更好地发挥纤维提高疲劳性能的角度看,路面结构设计时采用柔性基层效果可能更好一些。研究对沥青混合料的设计和施工具有一定参考意义。
Asphalt concrete fatigue performance in the long-term safe and comfortable operation of the road plays a vital role. The indoor indirect tensile fatigue test with controlled stress loading mode was selected to study the fatigue performance of Superpave 13 dense graded asphalt mixture with fiber content of 0,0.15%, 0.25% and 0.35% respectively. The results show that the fatigue life of asphalt mixture increases with the increase of fiber content, but the excessive fiber content will affect the fiber dispersion uniformity. The best fiber content corresponding to the longest fatigue life is 0.28% Fatigue performance has been greatly improved after the addition of polyester fibers, the mixture can withstand more load action times; from the perspective of better fiber to improve fatigue performance, the pavement structure design may be better with a flexible base effect some. Research on asphalt mixture design and construction of a certain reference value.
