青年教师刚走上工作岗位,初为人师,在教学工作的各方面都需要得到指导和训练.课前试讲,可使青年教师更好地把握课程内容,完善教学方法,培养教学技能,是保证教学质量和不断提高教学效果的一个十分有效的方法.文章简要探讨了试讲在生理学青年教师培养中的作用.
