双语教学是我国高等教育改革的一项重大举措,也是我国高等教育发展的必然趋势,对于更新教育理念,提高学生素养,探讨人才培养模式等方面有着重要意义。本文阐述了双语教学的定义,提出的背景,开展双语教学的目的与意义;论述了双语教学的目标与原则;分析了目前开展双语教学面临的师资、教材等问题,并从师资选拔、培训和考核、激励机制、教材建设、教学手段等方面提出了一系列策略,以期对推广和深入开展双语教学,提高双语教学效果提供参考。
Bilingual education is a major measure for the reform of higher education in our country. It is also an inevitable trend of the development of higher education in our country. It is of great significance to update education concept, improve students’ literacy and explore talent cultivation mode. This article expounds the definition of bilingual education, proposed background, the purpose and significance of bilingual education; discusses the objectives and principles of bilingual education; analyzes the current problems faced by teaching bilingual teachers, teaching materials, etc., and from the selection of teachers, training and Evaluation, incentive mechanism, textbook construction, teaching methods and other aspects put forward a series of strategies, with a view to promote and conduct bilingual education in depth, to improve bilingual teaching effectiveness.
