对于档案管理工作,其在学校管理工作中占有重要的组成部分,因而学校在档案管理工作上要能够予以足够的重视。在当前,由于我国大多数学校在档案管理工作上受到多个因素的影响,因而使其在开展中存在较多问题。对于这些问题,只有采取针对性的措施来解决,才能够更好的开展档案管理工作。因而本文就对当前中职学校档案管理工作所面临的问题进行重点探讨和分析,并提出相应的对策。
For the file management, which occupies an important part in the school management, so the school should be able to pay enough attention to the file management. At present, because most of the schools in our country are affected by many factors in the file management work, there are many problems in their development. For these problems, only by taking targeted measures to solve, to be able to better carry out the file management. Therefore, this paper focuses on the problems facing the current secondary school file management work to discuss and analyze, and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
