Taking the practice carried out by the University of the American Library of Buffalo as an example, the article deeply analyzes its three representative cooperation projects based on PDA (Patron Driven Acquidentization) and draws four enlightenments: In the co-construction and sharing mode Consider access and possession of the collection model; Readers demand-driven, while properly standardized; Use of e-commerce and courier services, allowing readers to preview; Use of existing library cooperative groups to carry out pilot projects.
