在目前所生产的大、中型普通车床中,一般都设计了刀架快速移动传动链.而刀架的快、慢速运动的接通或断开动作几乎都是由滚柱式单向超越离合器实现的.本文以CW6163及CA6140 两台普通车床为例进而说明如下三个问题:1.超越离合器在传动链中的安放位置对机床传动精度及噪声的影响.2.两种超越型式在普通车床上都有使用,如果弹簧力大小设计得合理,二者均可获得理想的滚动摩擦状态.3.离合器中滚柱的个数对其定心精度是有一定影响的.
