一、1997年工作回顾 1997年,兵团党委决定我校由兵团经济专科学校成建制转为兵团职工大学和石河子大学职业技术学院,并于1997年10月17日举行了隆重的挂牌仪式。这表明我校由普通大专教育转办为成人高等教育和高等职业技术教育,我校的改革与发展进入了新的阶段。 (一)教学与科研工作 学校始终坚持把教学工作列为中心工作,精心组织教学活动,推进教学改革,圆满地完成了全校33个班的教学授课任务。为适应成人高等教育教学的需要、教务处组织各有关系部制订了兵团职工大学10个专业的教学计划.编印了10个专业计53门课程的教学大纲。为进一步加强对教学的管理,又先后出台了《关于加强教师教学纪律的若干规定》、《各专业学生学习成绩考核办法》、《外聘教师管理暂行办法》和《关于奖励自治区成人教育抽查考试任课教师及优秀学生的办法》等文件。
I. Review of Work in 1997 In 1997, the Corps party committee decided that our school should be converted from the Corps of the Corps Economic Academy into a Corps Staff College and the Shihezi University Vocational and Technical College. On October 17, 1997, a grand ceremony was held. This shows that our college from general college education to adult higher education and higher vocational and technical education, our school reform and development has entered a new phase. (A) teaching and research work Schools always adhere to the teaching work as the center of work, carefully organize teaching activities, promote teaching reform, successfully completed the school 33 classes of teaching tasks. In order to meet the needs of adult education in higher education, the Academic Affairs Office has organized relevant departments to formulate 10 professional teaching plans for the Corps staff university and published 10 syllabuses for 53 programs. In order to further strengthen the management of teaching, it has successively promulgated “Several Provisions on Strengthening Teachers’ Teaching Discipline,” “Assessment Methods for Academic Achievements of Various Professional Students,” “Interim Measures for the Management of External Teachers,” and “ Methods of teaching teachers and outstanding students ”and other documents.
