本文叙述了王庄矿４３２０综放工作面实现沿空掘巷无煤柱开采的试验，并对试验取得的经济效益进行分析，根据掘进期间矿压显现特征提出并实施回采前的加强支护措施。
This paper describes the experiment of realizing pillarless mining in gob-side entry in 4320 fully mechanized caving face in Wangzhuang Mine and analyzes the economic benefits obtained from the experiment. According to the characteristics of rock pressure during excavation, it puts forward and implements strengthening support measures before mining .
