采用旋转薄膜烘箱(RTFOT)和压力老化容器(PAV)对基质沥青及有机化蒙脱土改性沥青分别进行了短期老化和长期老化实验;使用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)进行了频率扫描试验,以评价改性沥青老化前后的流变特性;并用S模型对复数模量主曲线进行了回归分析,得出了基于流变性能的沥青老化评价因子Ra。试验结果表明:有机化蒙脱土改性沥青表现出较好的抗老化性能,降低了温度敏感性,同时其高温性能也得到改善;回归分析结果表明Ra可以较好地评价沥青老化性能。
The short-term aging and long-term aging experiments of matrix asphalt and organic montmorillonite modified asphalt were carried out by rotating film oven (RTFOT) and pressure aging vessel (PAV) respectively. Frequency sweep test was carried out by dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) , To evaluate the rheological properties of the modified asphalt before and after aging. The principal component analysis of the complex modulus was carried out by using the S model. The asphalt aging evaluation factor Ra based on the rheological properties was obtained. The results show that the modified montmorillonite modified asphalt exhibits good anti-aging properties, lowers the temperature sensitivity and improves the high-temperature performance. The regression analysis shows that Ra can better evaluate the aging properties of asphalt.
