时代的发展呼唤优质的教育。随着上海经济和社会快速的发展,广大老百姓的生活水平不断提高,人们对优质教育的需求越来越强烈。中小学校标准化建设、寄宿制高中建设、实验性示范性高中评选、二期课程改革等一系列重大工程的实施,不断地满足着老百姓对优质教育的需求。5年来,上海的九年义务教育入学率始终保持在99％以上:高中阶段教育入学率从5年前的90％上升到98.5％以上。普及九年义务教育的各项指标和高中生升入高校的比例均达到或超过了国家标准。
The development of the times calls for quality education. With the rapid development of economy and society in Shanghai, the living standards of the general public have been continuously improved, and people’s demand for quality education has become stronger and stronger. The implementation of a series of major projects such as the standardization of primary and secondary schools, the construction of boarding high schools, the selection of experimental demonstration high schools, and the reform of the second-period curriculum continuously meets the needs of ordinary people for quality education. In the past five years, Shanghai’s nine-year compulsory education enrollment rate has remained above 99%. The education enrollment rate in high school has risen from 90% five years ago to more than 98.5%. The percentages of the nine-year compulsory education and the proportion of high school students admitted to colleges and universities have reached or exceeded the national standards.
