患儿男,年龄1天。因周身疱疹4小时入院。入院后查体:生命体征正常,头颅正常。鼻粘膜及口腔未见异常。心肺(-),腹平软,肝功下2ｃｍ,脾肋下3ｃｍ,神经反射存在。皮肤科情况:全身尤以四肢末端可见散在圆形或不规则形的紫红色疱疹,掌跖部较多,疱液混浊,疱壁紧张。实验室检查:ＷＢＣ
Children male, age 1 day. 4 hours due to whole body herpes admitted to hospital. After admission, physical examination: normal vital signs, normal skull. No abnormal nasal mucosa and oral cavity. Cardiopulmonary (-), abdominal soft, liver function 2cm, 3cm spleen ribs, nerve reflex exist. Dermatology: the whole body especially in the extremities scattered round or irregularly shaped purple herpes, palms and soles more blister fluid blisters, blisters wall tension. Laboratory examination: WBC
