熟悉直销行业的人都知道,直销和传统行业一样是有风险的,其风险在于苦心经营的团队有可能一夜之间崩溃。要做好团队的风险管理,首先要知道团队运作在哪些方面存在风险,才能做到防微杜渐、防患于未然。我们认为直销团队的风险主要来自于三个方面:(1)消极言论;(2)旁部门干扰;(3)团队自创风格。我们邀请了两位资深直销人士根据自己预防和处理类似事件的经验和大家做一些分享。
People who are familiar with the direct selling industry know that direct selling is as risky as the traditional industry, with the risk that the painstakingly managed team may collapse overnight. To do a good job team risk management, we must first know the team operation in which areas there is a risk, in order to achieve preventive measures, take preventive measures. We believe that the risk of direct sales team mainly comes from three aspects: (1) negative remarks; (2) next door interference; (3) team style. We invited two senior direct sellers to share with everyone based on their own experience in preventing and dealing with similar incidents.
