对上海陆家大桥水厂生物接触氧化预处理与常规工艺组合除污染进行了总结。一年多的生产运行结果表明 :生化池氨氮的去除效果主要受水温影响 ,水温较高时 ( >1 0℃ ) ,生化池氨氮平均去除率为 60 %左右 ,组合工艺氨氮总去除率为 76 73%~ 93 4 3% ;水温较低时 ( 5~ 1 0℃ ) ,生化池氨氮平均去除率为 4 0 %左右 ,组合工艺氨氮总去除率为 4 7 38%~ 65 31 % ;生化池CODMn去除率为2 2 2 %~ 1 0 99% ,组合工艺CODMn总去除率为 2 4 1 1 %~ 4 2 66% ;组合工艺对NO- 2 -N、Fe和Mn的总去除率分别为 97 93%、96 59%和 67 0 3% ;较高的原水浊度对生化池去除氨氮效果没有明显影响。
The paper summarizes the biological contact oxidation pretreatment and conventional process combination decontamination of Shanghai Lujia Bridge water plant. The results of more than one year of operation show that the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen in biochemical tank is mainly affected by water temperature. When the water temperature is high (> 10 ℃), the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in biochemical tank is about 60%, and the total removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in combined process is 76 73% ~ 93 4 3%. When the water temperature is low (5 ~ 10 ℃), the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in the biochemical pool is about 40%, and the total removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in the combined process is 4738% ~ 65 31% The removal rates of CODMn ranged from 22 2% to 1 0 99%, and the total CODMn removal rates of the combined process ranged from 2141% to 4266%. The total removal rates of NO 2 -N, Fe and Mn in the combined process were 97 93%, 96 59% and 67 0 3%. The higher turbidity of raw water had no obvious effect on the removal of ammonia nitrogen in the biochemical tank.
