The 3-6 Guidelines for Learning and Development of Children have many requirements on the connotation and qualities of kindergarten teachers and provide the kindergarten teachers a support and bridge for enhancing the quality of education and teaching and their own professional development. The article seeks to promote teachers’ professional growth by exploring effective management models.
