本文通过对１９３８年英日签订《关于中国海关的非法协定》的研究，认清英国推行“远 东慕尼黑”的阴谋，有助于了解英、日等帝国主义侵略中国的罪行。
By studying the “Unlawful Agreement on Chinese Customs” signed between Britain and Japan in 1938, this article finds out that Britain’s conspiracy to promote “Far East Munich” helps to understand the crimes of imperialism such as Britain, Japan and other aggression against China.
