例1 男,65岁,农民。反复痰中带血胸痛半年入院。查体:头颅五官正常,胸廓对称,左上肺语颤减弱,叩诊稍浊,呼吸音稍低,右肺正常。心腹部正常,脊柱四肢及神经系统正常。血常规(—),3次痰找抗酸杆菌及痰找癌细胞(—),胸片:左肺上叶结核?肿瘤?经抗痨治疗4月无效,经纤支镜检查见左肺上叶管口被一肿物组织几乎完全堵塞,活检并病理检查见大量菌丝和孢子,诊断肺曲菌病,后经手术切除左肺上叶痊愈。
