葡萄糖-胰岛素-钾离子溶液(GIK)对心肌缺血具有良好的治疗作用,能够改善心肌代谢,恢复缺血心肌细胞内钾离子的浓度,改善心律,稳定溶酶体膜,防止心肌受到缺血损伤。失血性休克晚期,由于心输出量下降,冠豚流量减少,可引起心肌损害。本实验是观察GIK对晚期失血性休克家兔血压及存活率的影响。 家兔41只,不拘性别,体重2.3—2.8公斤,局麻下分离颈动脉描记血压,由股动脉放血至血压下降到40mmHg,维持一小时,随机将动物分为三组:(1)GIK组(N=20)
