本文首先应用现代控制理论的状态空间分析法求出了多自由度线性阻尼系统的无阻尼固有频率ω_n、有阻尼固有频率ω_d、衰减因子σ以及在不同的激励下系统的响应.然后,将此法用于研究机床主轴部件.计算表明,应用状态空间分析法求解系统的有阻尼固有频率ω_d是较迅速的.本文还指出,如将状态空间分析法与频率特性分析法相结合,对研究此类系统的动态性能是较为方便的.最后,讨论了有关的结构与参数对主轴部件动态性能的影响.
In this paper, we first apply the state space analysis method of modern control theory to find the undamped natural frequency ω_n, the damped natural frequency ω_d, the damping factor σ and the response of the system under different excitation. Then, Method is used to study the main shaft components of the machine tool.The calculation shows that it is faster to apply the state space analysis method to solve the damped natural frequency ω_d of the system.This paper also points out that combining the state space analysis method and the frequency characteristic analysis method, The dynamic performance of the system is more convenient.Finally, the influence of the structure and parameters on the dynamic performance of the spindle is discussed.
