一、认真贯彻《江苏省职工教育条例》和江苏省政府《关于进一步加强职工教育工作的意见和通知》。一是组织党政领导干部和企业法人带头学,把贯彻《条例》纳入管理目标和考核内容之中,定期检查。二是组织职工教育管理干部、教师专题学习,提高依法从教的责任感。三是组织本单位干部职工集体学,努力营造重视职工教育的氛围。二、切实做好企业职工思想政治教育。各企业从实际出发,合理安排,创造性的开展思想政治教育工作。全市每年确定一个教育主题。1999年的教育
