新型宝石枢轴承应用于高速旋转机械,抗磨损性能优势明显,而相关的理论和计算分析一直是一个空白。枢轴承接触区的应力水平直接影响轴尖的磨损进程,接触力的计算是研究的重点。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,通过与经典Hertz接触解进行对比,说明有限元方法求解接触问题的有效性,进而对磨合磨损阶段的轴尖进行磨损量的分析和接触应力的计算,结果表明新型轴尖具有磨合时间短,磨合磨损量小的抗磨损性能优势。
New gem pivot bearing used in high-speed rotating machinery, anti-wear performance obvious advantages, and the related theoretical and computational analysis has been a blank. The stress level of the contact area of the pivot bearing directly affects the wear process of the shaft tip. The calculation of contact force is the key point of study. Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS, compared with the classical Hertz contact solution, the finite element method is used to solve the problem of contact problem. Then the wear amount and the contact stress are calculated.
