以2m~3矿用混凝土输送车为研究对象,采用微积分的方法推导了满载工作状态下搅拌筒结构的尺寸参数与驱动阻力矩之间的数学关系表达式。以驱动阻力矩的值最小为目标,运用MATLAB中基于内点(interior point)优化算法的fmincon函数对搅拌筒结构参数进行优化,得到了最优的结构参数,并采用CFD分析软件对优化前后两种搅拌筒结构的内部流场进行仿真分析,比较验证了优化方法和仿真结果的正确性。结果表明:优化后的搅拌筒驱动阻力矩降低了14.7%,优化效果明显。
Taking the 2m ~ 3 mine concrete truck as the research object, the mathematical relation expression between the dimension parameter and the driving resistance torque of the mixer drum structure under full load condition is deduced by the method of calculus. In order to minimize the value of the driving resistance torque, the structural parameters of the mixer drum were optimized by using the fmincon function based on the interior point optimization algorithm in MATLAB, and the optimal structural parameters were obtained. By using CFD software, The internal flow field of the mixing tube structure was simulated and analyzed, and the correctness of the optimization method and the simulation results were verified. The results show that the optimized driving torque of the mixer tube decreases by 14.7%, and the optimization effect is obvious.
