良好的薪酬制度可以促进企业充分发挥人力资源优势,促进企业提高人才竞争力。而当前我国企业的薪酬管理中还存在很多问题,例如:薪酬结构不合理、政府部门干预过多等。薪酬管理是人力资源管理中的重要内容,做好薪酬管理,可以促进企业的健康发展。笔者主要分析当前企业薪酬管理中存在的问题,并积极探讨薪酬管理的创新,以期企业更好地做好薪酬管理,促进企业在激烈的市场竞争中做大做强。
A good salary system can promote enterprises to give full play to their advantages in human resources and promote enterprises to improve their competitiveness. At present, there are still many problems in the pay management of Chinese enterprises, such as unreasonable pay structure and excessive intervention by government departments. Payroll management is an important part of human resource management. Payroll management can promote the healthy development of a company. The author mainly analyzes the problems existing in the current enterprise salary management, and actively discusses the innovation of salary management, in order to better manage the salary management of the company and promote the enterprises to become bigger and stronger in the fierce market competition.
