Water pollution is becoming more and more serious, and the health effects of drinking water, especially the potential threats to human health caused by mutagenic organisms, have aroused people’s attention. Ames test is a quick and easy, high detection rate of mutagenic biological test methods of chemicals, mutagenicity test and animal carcinogenicity are closely related; so using the Ames test our military has been using and about to use Ozone (O_3) treatment of three different water quality of the mutagenicity of ozone for the comprehensive evaluation of the above-mentioned health effects of water
