患者,女,22岁,因发热,体温39.0℃,伴肌肉酸痛,至当地诊所就诊,给予美息伪麻片(白加黑,东盛科技启东盖天力制药股份有限公司)、头孢克洛治疗。由于发热、疼痛症状缓解不明显,患者一日内服用白加黑多达18片。2d后患者发热症状缓解,但出现头痛、乏力、纳差、呕吐,3d后因神志不清,呼之不应急诊入院治疗。体检:患者昏迷,呼之不应,皮肤黏膜明显黄染,心肺(-)。ALT 4144u·L~(-1),AST 1125u
