目的探讨缺血性脑血管病患者红细胞免疫粘附(RCIA)功能的变化。方法测定20例短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)和50例脑梗塞患者的红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)。结果缺血性脑血管病各组RBC-C3bRR与正常对照组相比显著降低,脑梗塞组RBC-ICR显著增高,急性期变化尤著(P<0.01)。结论RCIA功能的变化与缺血性脑血管病的发生发展有密切的关系
Objective To investigate the changes of erythrocyte immune adhesion (RCIA) function in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods The RBC-C3bRR and RBC-ICR of 20 patients with TIA and 50 patients with cerebral infarction were measured. Results The RBC-C3bRR in each group was significantly lower than that in the normal control group. The RBC-ICR in cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group (P <0.01). Conclusion The changes of RCIA function are closely related to the occurrence and development of ischemic cerebrovascular disease
