采用水溶液聚合的方法,合成一种两性离子三元共聚物,用于钻井泥浆。所用单体分别为丙烯酰胺(AM)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)。通过单因素变量考察确定反应的最佳条件为:单体质量分数为25%,引发剂〔过硫酸铵(APS)和亚硫酸氢钠(SS)〕的用量为0.5%(以单体质量计),反应温度60℃,单体n(AM)∶n(DMDAAC)∶n(SSS)=8∶1∶1,反应时间为6 h。对产物进行了红外光谱分析,与设计的一致,并进行了性能评价。结果表明,该产物具有良好的降滤失效果,常温中压下API为7 mL,抑制效果很明显,具有一定推广价值。
An aqueous solution polymerization method was used to synthesize a zwitterionic terpolymer for drilling mud. The monomers used were acrylamide (AM), dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (DMDAAC) and sodium p-styrene sulfonate (SSS), respectively. The optimal conditions for the determination of the reaction were determined by univariate analysis: the monomer mass fraction was 25%, the initiator (ammonium persulfate (APS) and sodium bisulfite (SS)) was used in an amount of 0.5% ), The reaction temperature was 60 ℃, the monomer n (AM): n (DMDAAC): n (SSS) = 8:1:1 and the reaction time was 6 h. The product was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, consistent with the design, and performance evaluation. The results showed that the product has a good effect of reducing fluid loss. The API at room temperature and medium pressure is 7 mL and the inhibition effect is obvious, which has a certain promotion value.
