本文总结我院1993年8月～1996年8月应用解磷注射液抢救急性有机磷农药中毒48例。现分析报道如下: 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:48例中男19例,女29例;年龄3～80岁,其中农民44例,工人1例,学生2例,儿童1例。服药名称:乐果29例,甲胺磷11例,甲杀2例,敌敌畏3例,虫丝灵3例。服药量30～100ml之间。服药后就诊时间:30分钟内13例,30分钟～1小时内16例,1～2小时内10例,2～4小时内5例,4～6小时内3例,10小
This article summarizes our hospital from August 1993 to August 1996 application of phosphate solution to rescue 48 cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. The analysis is reported as follows: 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information: 48 cases of male 19 cases, female 29 cases; aged 3 to 80 years old, 44 cases of peasants, workers in 1 case, 2 cases of children, 1 child. Medication name: 29 cases of dimethoate, methamidophron 11 cases, 2 cases of armor, dichlorvos 3 cases, worms Ling 3 cases. The amount of medication between 30 ~ 100ml. Treatment time after taking medicine: 13 cases in 30 minutes, 16 cases in 30 minutes to 1 hour, 10 cases in 1 to 2 hours, 5 cases in 2 to 4 hours, 3 cases in 4 to 6 hours and 10 cases in 10 hours
