CBD是中央商务区(Central Business District)的简称,通常是一个经济发达的国际化大都市的金融、商贸、服务中心,拥有便捷的交通,完善的经济环境,因而在一国中或全世界都在发挥着自己的经济影响。一国也因其CBD发展水平而被估量其经济发达程度。目前著名的CBD有纽约的曼哈顿,法国的拉德方斯和东京的银座等。北京的CBD规划在1992年被提出后现在正处于强劲发展阶段,诸多项目正在运作。
CBD is short for the Central Business District, usually a financial, business and service center of an economically developed cosmopolitan city with convenient traffic and a sound economic environment. Therefore, it is located in one country or all over the world Playing their own economic impact. A country is also assessed for its degree of economic development because of its level of CBD development. At present, the famous CBDs include Manhattan in New York, Ladefons in France and Ginza in Tokyo. After Beijing’s CBD plan was put forward in 1992, it is now in a phase of strong development with many projects in operation.
