党的十八届四中全会提出,全面推进依法治国,总目标是建设中国特色社会主义法治体系,建设社会主义法治国家,而作为中央企业更应该当好依法治企的排头兵,建设法治企业。用法律指引企业生产经营活动规范化,而法律的规范性决定了“法律思维”的本质特征,即“法律思维”方式必定遵循着法律的规范性。文章强调法律思维的培养是企业在新形势下提质增效的关键,是企业维护自身合法权益的重要手段。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed that the overall objective of promoting the rule of law in accordance with the law should be the building of a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and building a socialist country governed by the rule of law. As a central government, the central government should be the vanguard of governing enterprises according to law and building a legal enterprise. The law guides the standardization of production and business activities of enterprises, and the normative nature of law determines the essential feature of “legal thinking”, that is, the “legal thinking” mode must follow the normative nature of law. The article emphasizes that the training of legal thinking is the key to improve the quality and efficiency of enterprises under the new situation and is an important means for enterprises to safeguard their own legitimate rights and interests.
