日前,天津一家企业生产加工的900桶约20吨盐渍毛虾,经天津空港检验检疫局检验合格后出口韩国,这是天津地区首次出口此类水产品。毛虾又名水虾,是一种小型经济虾类,一般只有3厘米长,常成群栖息于河口区、港湾以及岛屿周围、水深不超过50米的泥沙底浅海。毛虾浑身透明,晶莹剔透,可以经腌制、晒干后可成为餐桌上的美味佳肴。据了解,此次出口的腌渍毛虾捕自我国黄海海域,经腌渍后将作为制作虾酱的原材料出口韩国。
