目的通过对我院门诊2008年抽查处方的点评及不合理用药的分析,以了解我院门诊患者处方用药的基本情况。方法采用回顾性分析,对抽查处方进行统计、分析。结果全年共抽查处方4 800张,人均用药2.73种,其中19%的患者使用了针剂,23.22%使用了抗菌药物,通用名的使用率为100%,基本药物使用百分率71.25%,不合理用药处方占4.11%,人均每次药费为313.78元。结论用药情况基本合理,但仍需要进一步改进。
Objective Through the outpatient service in our hospital in 2008 to review the prescription reviews and analysis of irrational use of drugs to understand the outpatient prescription medication in our hospital basic situation. Methods The retrospective analysis was used to make statistical analysis on the spot check prescriptions. Results A total of 4 800 prescriptions were prescribed during the year. Per capita medication was 2.73. Of them, 19% used injections, 23.22% used antimicrobials, 100% for common names, 71.25% for essential drugs, and irrational use of drugs Prescriptions accounted for 4.11%, per capita per drug cost was 313.78 yuan. Conclusion The medication situation is basically reasonable, but still need to be further improved.
