葛洲坝工程的二江泄水闸为该工程的主要泄水建筑物,闸底板高程低,过闸水流不仅含有大量悬移质,且有一定数量的推移质。建坝时已考虑到耐冲磨问题,因此在浇筑闸底板时采用了高强混凝土和高分子耐磨材料。今年三月,二江泄水闸进行全面检修,闸底板的磨蚀情况比预计的要好,证明设计是成功的,施工质量也是好的。但也发现,经过五年运行,闸底板已有不同程度的磨损。
The Gejiangba Project’s two-river sluice is the main drainage structure of the project. The sluice floor elevation is low. The floodgate flow contains not only a large amount of suspended materials but also a certain amount of sliding material. Dam construction has been taken into account the issue of resistance to abrasion, so cast sluice floor with high-strength concrete and polymer wear-resistant materials. In March this year, the Erjiang Sluice Gate was fully overhaul. The erosion of the brake shoe floor was better than expected, proving that the design was successful and the construction quality was good. However, it has also been found that, after five years of operation, brake shoes have been worn to varying degrees.
