《机械工人》(热加工)杂志已相伴我20多年,每期到手后,我总将一些较为实用或与本人工作相关的文章一一摘录,需要时信手拿来为我所用。由于《机械工人》所登载的文章紧密结合生产实践,图文并茂,可操作性强,因而受到一线生产和技术管理人员的欢迎。更因很多文章通俗易懂,深受生产技术工人的青睐,故有很多《机械工人》杂志上介绍的经验被我们所移植采用,取得了极其良好的社会经济效益,也使本人在铸造工艺和技术管理方面取得了很大进步。《机械工人》是我的良师益友。
After more than 20 years of companion to Mechanical Machinist (Hot Working) magazine, after each issue, I will summarize some articles that are more practical or related to my work and extract them if necessary. Due to the articles published by “mechanic workers” closely integrated with production practices, illustrations, and maneuverability, and therefore by the front-line production and technical management staff welcome. But also because many articles are easy to understand and are favored by the production and technical workers. Therefore, many of the experiences introduced in the magazine “Mechanical Workers” have been adopted by us and have achieved extremely good social and economic benefits. Great progress has been made in technical management. “Mechanic” is my mentor.
